Monitoring / Control

Real time visual status display for extensions, channels, calls, queues, agents and conferences with drag and drop support. AMIgo offers 10 ListViews based Users Controls that allows to visually monitor the status of the PBX and to interact with the PBX items by draging and droping objects and / or using context sensitive menus.

  • Extensions / Trunks: Display the status of extensions and trunks in real time
  • Channels / Calls: Display the active channel and calls allows to transfer callers to extensions, queues, conferences or applications by drag and drop and/or context menus.
  • Queues: Display the queues and statistics and allow to create / delete / edit queues and add / remove queues members by drag and drop and/or context menus
  • Queues Members: Display the queues members and status and allow to logoff agents by drag and drop and/or context menus
  • Agents: Display the Agents and status and allows to create / delete / edit, login and logoff, add / remove agents to/from queues.
  • Conferences: Display the conferences and status and allows to lock / unlock an ongoing conference.
  • Conferences users: Display the conferences users and their status and allows to mute / unmute or kick out a participant.

Setup / Configure

  • Config File Editor: Allow to edit and update any .conf file present in the asterisk config directory
  • DialPlan Editor: Display the dialplan and allow to add / edit and update sections to the dialplan
  • Queues Creation / Edition: Allows to create / delete / edit call queues.
  • Agents / Local Channel Agents: Allows to create / delete edit Agents and local agents.
  • Conferences: Allows to create / delete / edit conferences.

Local channel 'Agents'

Local channel agents are an alternative to the standard Asterisk's Agent Channel which offers more versatility and can be used as a replacement for the now deprecated Agent Callback feature, and more...

This approach uses 'local channels' with dialplan support and the Asterisk DB, which allows more versatility while retaining all the functionnality of the Agent Channels.

Some features of AMIgo's 'Local Channel Agents':

  • Supports the AgentCallBack feature for local extension OR external phone number.

    Supports 'Off Premise' agents. Allows the creation of a decentralized call center. Local agents can be setup with an external phone number and optionally, a different outgoing context which allows, for instance, to assign a group of lines to be used for off premise agents.

  • Can be assigned a default location (extension OR external phone number) and can be preset as member of one or more queue which allows for quick and easy login and logoff procedure. The default location can also be left blank to allow for agent 'hot-desking'. Queue specific login and logoff is also supported.
  • Optional Local Agent login / logoff authentication.
  • Maintains all of the queue log functionality, including Sessions (Login / logoff).
  • Integration of Local / channel Agent in an unified interface. You can use a combination of both, if wanted.
  • Single click Dial Plan support installation.

    Dial Plan support for local agent can be easily added with a single method call. The default dialplan support can be customised by using user defined templates.
